Missing and Abducted Children

INTERNATIONAL FAMILY LAW CASES
- Black Market Adoption – Unethical adoption agency fraudulently
obtained consents and took a child from the mother under the guise of
lawful authority. The adoption attempt was defeated and the child was
returned to the mother who did not read, write or speak English.
- Hague Convention (Treaty) Child Abduction – A German woman married
a U.S. soldier while stationed in Germany and had children there. The
father wrongfully removed the children to the U.S. The children were
returned to their mother after trial, to Germany. The mother who did
not read or write English and had limited speaking skills.
- Child Abduction – a non-English speaking mother was subjected to a
fraudulent U.S. divorce, and fraudulent child custody order. Her child
was taken to the U.S. by the father. The fraudulent orders were voided
and the child was returned to the mother.
- Child Abduction - U.S. father married a foreign citizen; they
resided in the U.S. until she wrongfully took the children to her home
country. She went into hiding, was traced and after trial in a foreign
country the child was returned to the U.S.
- Child Abduction - An unmarried couple had a child in the U.S. The
father was a U.S. citizen and the mother a foreign citizen. The mother
fled with the child, ignored the father and pursued custody proceedings
in a foreign court. The father argued successfully, and after trial,
the child was returned to the U.S. The mother’s foreign appeal failed.
- Child Abduction - Cuban mother has a child with U.S. father living
in the Florida Keys. Mother flees to Cuba with the child and a new
boyfriend/husband. All were caught and the adult males imprisoned in
Cuba. Successful negotiations with Cuban government allow all to return
to United States. Mother spends time in U.S. Federal prison.
- Child Abduction - Northern Ireland mother’s children were taken and
remained missing for 12 years. They were discovered in Florida and
after trial returned to their mother in Northern Ireland.
- Child Abduction - U.S. mother pursued child taken by her Jordanian
father. Father was located in transit, in England. After a High Court
of London proceeding, the child was recovered and returned to the U.S.
with the mother.
- Child Abduction - The children of an African mother residing in
England were stolen by their strict Islamist, wealthy, politically
connected father a resident of an African country. The children were
seized while traveling with the father. A U.S. court returned the
children to their mother and a full trial ensued in London, England in
favor of the mother.
- Child Support - U.S. mother seeks child support from foreign father.
- International Divorce – Wife seeks divorce from Islamic husband.
- Islamic father seeks assistance in child visitation called “access”.
- International Visitation – Husband seeks assurances that divorced wife will return with children from India.
- International Visitation – Father seeks cooperation from foreign court in enforcement of child custody and visitation order.
- Foreign citizen served in a foreign country and divorced in the U.S.
