Michael C. Berry
& Associates, P.A. litigates both business
and consumer contracts. The variety of legal actions
range from complex business contracts to fraudulent
auto sales.
Construction Law
The firm’s construction
practice includes both international and local cases.
Attorney Berry has recently traveled to Iraq, Kuwait,
Turkey and Uzbekistan on construction matters. He
has firsthand knowledge of AGC, AIA and ASA contracts,
lien laws and the myriad of difficulties that arise
in construction disputes.
Prior to practicing
law, Attorney Berry was president of a construction
and manufacturing company that constructed glass
buildings as high as fifty-seven stories. He personally
built the company from six people to a force of
approximately eighty well-trained employees. To
meet the demand for skilled tradesmen, he started
the first federally certified Glazier (a.k.a. ironworkers)
Apprenticeship Program in the state of Florida.
His company was ranked sixth best in its field in
the U.S. by Engineering News Record.
